Lisa Stanford has over 20 years of experience in the insurance claims field, currently serving as a Field Claim Specialist at QEO Insurance Group since March 2019. Previously, Lisa was a Branch Claim Representative at Auto Owners Insurance from February 2013 to November 2018, following a decade as a Multi Line Claim Adjuster with Baton Rouge Brown Claim Service from January 2002 to November 2012. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Southeastern Louisiana University, attended Louisiana State University from 1987 to 1988, and possesses a strong commitment to the challenges and rewards of the claims process.
