Capri-Alexis Simms

Capri-Alexis Simms has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Capri-Alexis began as a Guest Service Representative/Night Auditor at Courtyard by Marriott, where they handled guest check-ins/check-outs and reservations. Simms later moved to Millennium at Midtown Day Spa as a Spa Manager, overseeing employee hiring, coaching, and scheduling. Capri-Alexis then transitioned to Emory Healthcare, working as a Priority Access Supervisor until January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Project Coordinator at QGenda, showcasing their leadership and project coordination skills.

Capri-Alexis Simms pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 2009 to 2014. Capri-Alexis also holds certifications as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 2 from SuccessHACKER. Additionally, they have a certification in Rehabilitation Services Management.
