Harris Sharif has a diverse work experience starting as a Technical Summer Intern at General Dynamics C4 Systems in 2009. Harris then worked as a CPA Intern at Responsemine Interactive before joining Gambit Trading as a Summer Data Analyst. After a senior design project at Delta Air Lines, they transitioned to QGenda where they held various roles, including Software Consultant, Senior Software Consultant, Implementation Team Lead, Director of Customer Success, and Vice President of Customer Success.
Harris Sharif obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2012. In 2022, they also obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
