Isabela Giles has a diverse work experience starting as an Administrative Assistant at K Kitchens in 2014. Isabela then moved on to work as a Document Analyst at Milner, Inc. in 2015. Isabela'sexperience at Bank of America as a Customer Service Representative from 2015 to 2020 honed their customer service skills. Transitioning to QGenda in 2020, they assumed the role of a Senior Customer Success Specialist and then went on to become a Principal in CSS Operations.

Isabela Giles completed their high school education at Brookwood High School from 2010 to 2015. Isabela then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Management at Georgia Gwinnett College from 2015 to 2019.
