Joe Barroso

Director, Technical Account Management at QGenda

Joe Barroso has a diverse work experience starting in 2012, with roles at L-3 Communications as a Systems Integration Intern. Joe later worked at Amendia as an Enterprise Initiatives Intern in 2013 and at McKinsey & Company as a Contract Operator in the same year. From 2014 onwards, Joe joined QGenda, where they held various positions, including Software Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Senior Implementation Consultant, Supervisor, Manager, and ultimately, Director in both Customer Success and Technical Account Management.

Joe Barroso obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in the period between 2009 and 2013. In 2022, they obtained Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from SuccessHACKER.
