Miguel Bautista Moreno

Miguel Bautista Moreno has a strong background in finance and strategy with experience in various companies. Miguel started their career as an intern at Ferrovial in 2006. Miguel then worked as a Senior Analyst in the Strategy Group at KPMG from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Miguel joined EDP Renewables as an Associate in the Markets Division, where they worked until 2014. During this time, they also served as a Project Finance Manager at the Offshore Wind Consortium in France.

In 2016, Miguel became a Project Finance and Corporate Finance Manager at EDP Renewables. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Financial Planning & Control Senior Manager in the Offshore Wind Division.

From 2020 to 2021, Miguel worked at Ocean Winds, a joint venture between Engie and EDP Renewables, as the Head of Financial Planning & Control and Treasury. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Corporate and Export Finance at QGMI, which they started in 2021.

Miguel Bautista Moreno has a diverse education history spanning various institutions. Miguel began their education at Colegio Santa María del Pilar, where they completed their primary, secondary, and high school studies from 1990 to 2002. Following this, from 2002 to 2007, they attended Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICAI) and obtained a 5-year Industrial Engineering Degree.

In 2005 to 2006, Miguel pursued further studies at CentraleSupélec, completing the 4th year of their Industrial Engineering Degree. Miguel'seducational journey continued in 2012 at IE Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Corporate Finance.
