Fraser Smith

Fraser Smith, P.Eng. is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in product management and development across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Product and Technology at QHR Technologies since May 2025, Fraser previously held key positions at SMART Technologies, including Vice President and Sr. Director of Core Products, overseeing strategic planning and execution of world-leading interactive display solutions. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Topcon Positioning Systems as Vice President of Product Management and Director of GNSS Product Management, as well as technical leadership at POINT, Inc. and NovAtel Inc. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary.
