Richard E Morse

Richard E Morse, PMP, serves as the Director of Business Development at Quality Innovation, Inc. since December 2017, with extensive experience in project management and business development across various companies. Morse has successfully managed capture and proposal activities for new business acquisitions, negotiated contracts, and provided oversight for a call center serving over 1.5 million federal government services. Previous roles include Project Manager for GDKN supporting Eversource, and Program Manager at NCI Information Systems where Morse expanded service capabilities and transitioned facilities for government service desks. Additional experience includes service management at FairPoint Communications and multiple roles at Verizon, encompassing customer service and sales support. A graduate of Emmanuel College with a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Morse has received the NCI Trust, Integrity, and Performance (TIP) Award for excellence in 2016.
