Yk Lee

YK Lee is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Group CFO at Qi Group since April 2021, YK Lee previously held the position of CFO at Branded Lifestyle, a prominent fashion retail and brand licensing group, from April 2012 to April 2021. In this role, YK Lee managed finance, HR, IT, corporate services, and legal functions while overseeing significant brands and international franchises across multiple regions. Prior to this, YK Lee was Vice President of Corporate Governance at Trinity Limited, focusing on corporate compliance, risk management, and internal audit, and played a key role in the company's Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing. YK Lee's career began at KPMG as a Senior Manager, leading a large audit department and facilitating IPOs. YK Lee holds a degree in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from The University of Manchester.
