Kathleen Braga Perim has a diverse work experience in different industries. Kathleen started in 2019 as a Customer Success Analyst at Konecta Brasil, where they worked until 2021. Kathleen'sresponsibilities included managing customer relationships and ensuring their success with the company.

In 2021, Kathleen joined HAF Engenharia as an Estagiária before quickly advancing to the role of Analista de Engenharia. In this position, they were responsible for planning construction projects, analyzing metrics and results, and coordinating the team's operations. Kathleen also played a role in marketing and business development, creating and reviewing content and assisting with client acquisition.

Currently, they are working at QI Tech as a Sales Development Representative, a role they started in 2023. Kathleen'sresponsibilities include prospecting, capturing and developing new business for medium and large companies. Kathleen has experience with both inbound and outbound sales, as well as analyzing sales funnels and managing client portfolios. Kathleen is skilled in customer service and building strong relationships.

Kathleen Braga Perim is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, which they started in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include a certification in "Negociação e Influência" from Escola Conquer, which they obtained in November 2021, a certification in "Finanças Pessoais" also from Escola Conquer, obtained in October 2021, and a certification in "Curso Empregabilidade Digital" from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi/Laureate International, obtained in February 2018. Kathleen has also completed a course in "Marca Pessoal" from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi in February 2018.
