Stuart Nelson

Stuart Nelson has extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently, Nelson serves as a Senior Advisor and Technical Lead for Analytical Control Strategy at Eli Lilly and Company while actively participating as a CMC Committee Member at the American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy and as a Scientific Advisory Board Member for digital PCR at QIAGEN. Previously, Nelson held various roles at Prevail Therapeutics, including Senior Scientist, and worked at Kanyos Bio as a Senior Research Associate focused on protein engineering. Earlier career experiences include positions at MassBiologics and an NIH-funded research project at Keene State College that culminated in the identification of a gene linked to planarian regeneration. Nelson holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology and Biomedical Science from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Keene State College.
