Qiara is a range of breastmilk isolated probiotics produced by the Australian company Puremedic Health.

As well as being our first natural food, breastmilk uniquely interacts with our immune system to deliver life-long benefits, and lays the foundations for gut health and a healthy microbiome.

Qiara restores the balance of good bacteria that can be disrupted by diet, stress, and medications such as antibiotics. Qiara may help to build and maintain a healthy digestive microflora during each stage of life.

Why a single-strain probiotic?
Most clinical trials of probiotics have been conducted with only a single strain.
Research shows that single strains at specific doses are the safest and most effective at determining a desired result.

Puremedic Health was the first company in the world to bring to market the breastmilk isolated probiotic Lactobacillus fermentum CECT5716, now available in over 500 pharmacies (see website) and online at : www.Qiara.com.au
