Antoine Martinoli

Antoine Martinoli is currently the Chief People Officer at Qiara since November 2022. Prior to that, he served as the Global Rewards Manager for Operations at L'Oréal from July 2015 to November 2022, where he supported HRDs globally on Compensation & Benefits topics and led various initiatives such as salary reviews, LTI campaigns, and job mapping. Before L'Oréal, he worked at PSA Peugeot Citroën as the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager, focusing on Bonus & Car Policy, and at Schneider Electric as a Chargé de Rémunération et Avantages Sociaux. Antoine also has experience as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at various companies, where he handled variable pay schemes, compensation data analysis, salary surveys, and implementation of new schemes. His educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from Ciffop.
