Kristina Aksenova has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Customer Experience Specialist at Starbucks in 2010. Kristina then interned at Nomadas International Group South America (NIGSA) in 2012, where they sourced new partnerships, developed relationships with event sponsors, and coordinated travel arrangements for media personnel. In 2013, they became a Graduate Assistant at the Office of Sustainability at Northern Arizona University, where they managed an omni-channel marketing communications strategy and organized student advocacy campaigns. From 2015 to 2017, they were an Associate Partner Manager and Product Management Specialist at Sungevity, where they expanded the Channel Platform, managed partner integrations, and developed go-to-market strategies for new products. Finally, in 2020, they became a Co-Founder at Qibus.

Kristina Aksenova has an extensive educational background. Kristina began their education in 2007 when they attended Anglo-Russian School and obtained a High School degree with a focus on Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Statistics, and Calculus. Kristina then attended Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a BSc(Econ) in International Marketing. In 2011, they attended NEOMA Business School and earned a BSc in International Business with a focus on International Marketing. Finally, they attended Northern Arizona University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Sustainable Communities. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Scrum Master from Product School in 2016, Solar Electric Design and Installation from Solar Energy International (SEI) in 2016, and Product Manager from Product School in 2016.
