Brad Williams

Brad Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brad started their career as an Accountant at Wearing-Smith & Co, Chartered Accountants in 1993 and worked there until 1997. Following this, they joined Hervey Bay City Council as a Finance Officer from 1997 to 1999. Brad then worked at Arcadia Group Ltd as a Buying and Merchandising Finance Analyst on temporary assignments from 1999 to 2000. In 2002, Brad joined QIC, where they held various roles including Senior Fund Accountant, Acting Manager of Financial Control, Fund Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Investments, and currently serves as the Executive Director of Finance. Their tenure at QIC is still ongoing.

Brad Williams completed their high school education at St Brendan's College, Yeppoon from 1987 to 1988. Brad then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1989 to 1991. Brad later obtained their CPA qualification through the CPA Australia Program in 2001. Additionally, they completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA in 2007.
