Cherie Painter has a strong background in HR operations and systems. Cherie worked for QIC from 2015 to the present, initially as the Human Resources Operations Manager and later as the Head of HR Operations & Systems. In their current role, they are responsible for stabilizing and optimizing the Oracle HCM Cloud platform for QIC.
Prior to joining QIC, Cherie worked at AECOM from 2011 to 2014, first as the People & Performance Manager for the Planning, Design & Development business line and later as the Senior Manager, Human Resources. During their time at AECOM, they managed employee benefit programs, worked on workforce planning and senior level promotions, and implemented a framework for managing the contingent/temporary workforce.
Cherie's earlier experience includes working as the Human Resources Manager for Professional Investment Services from 2004 to 2010.
Cherie Painter's education history reveals that they obtained a Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Graduate Certificate of Human Resources Management from Griffith University from 2008 to 2009. Cherie also completed a double degree at Griffith University, obtaining a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in HRM and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology, from 1999 to 2002.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Cherie Painter has obtained a certification as a Bronze Medal Member of Oracle Cloud Customer Connect from Oracle in October 2020.
