Francis O'Sullivan began their work experience in 2012 at QIC as the Manager of Enterprise and Regulatory Risk. Francis held this position until 2016 when they became the Head of Risk and Chief Compliance Officer - USA at the same company. In 2019, they assumed the role of Head of Risk, Private Markets at QIC. Additionally, in 2016, Francis became a Board Member at both QIC PROPERTIES US, INC and QIC US Investment Services Inc. In 2019, they also joined the Global Infrastructure Investment Committee at QIC, followed by their involvement in the Global Private Capital Investment Committee in 2020. Lastly, in 2020, they joined the Global Real Estate Investment Committee at QIC.

In 2017, they completed the Valuation Program at NYU Stern School of Business, and in 2018, they completed the Mastering Innovation: Idea to Value Creation Program at The Wharton School. In addition to their degrees, Francis has obtained certifications including the Series 24 - General Securities Principal Exam, Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam, and Series 7 - General Securities Representative Exam from FINRA.
