Hayley Blue

Hayley Blue has extensive experience in payroll and human resources roles. Hayley began their career at Grant Thornton, where they worked as a Payroll/Workforce Services Officer, processing weekly payroll for approximately 3,000 employees and handling tasks such as timesheet coding, employee amendments, and leave audits. Hayley then moved to the Department of Business and Innovation, where they served as a Payroll/HR Advisor, managing a portfolio of approximately 370 employees and processing fortnightly payroll using the CHRIS 21 system. Hayley also provided accurate and timely advice to staff on employment conditions and benefits. Following this, Hayley worked as a Payroll Officer at Downer EDI Mining, Virgin Australia, and Airbus in Australia Pacific, where they gained further expertise in payroll operations and processes. Most recently, they joined QIC as a Finance Manager, Payroll, where they currently hold the role.

Hayley Blue completed their education in the field of Human Resources Management and Services.
