Jacky Lin

Jacky Lin has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. ❖ Jacky started their career as a Function Manager at Maroubra Seals RSL Club in 2016, where they managed functions and events. ❖ Jacky then worked as an Intern at SnowPak in 2017 and as a Product Analyst at Vaniday. In 2018, they had a summer internship at Deloitte Consulting before joining UNSW as a Network Analyst. In 2020, Jacky founded their own company, TitanPower, where they conducted product and market research, designed and built an e-commerce platform, and implemented digital marketing strategies. ❖ Jacky also worked as a Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where they played roles such as Associate Product/Project Manager and Business Analyst, focusing on digital transformations and technology solutions for corporate finance functions. Most recently, in 2022, Jacky worked as a Product Manager at Zipline.io, overseeing the development of a new product module, conducting market research, and analyzing customer feedback to improve user experience. ❖ Jacky is currently working as a Product Owner - Connected Planning at QIC since 2023. Throughout their career, Jacky has demonstrated strong leadership skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on improving customer satisfaction and business goals.

Jacky Lin completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information System, specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services, from UNSW. ❖ Jacky also participated in an exchange program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, focusing on Business and Commerce. Prior to their university studies, Jacky attended Sydney Technical High School and obtained a Higher School Certificate. Alongside their academic achievements, Jacky obtained a Certified Solution Architect certification from Anaplan in January 2022.
