Joshua Daly

Investment Manager at QIC

Joshua Daly has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joshua started their career as an Assistant Relationship Manager at ANZ in 2002 before moving on to work as an Economist in the Queensland Department of Primary Industries. In 2006, they joined Urbis as a Consultant in Property Economics and later became a Senior Consultant. Joshua then transitioned to DTZ as a Senior Analyst in UK Markets - Research before returning to Urbis as a Senior Consultant. In 2010, Joshua joined Colliers International Australia as a Manager in Research & Consultancy, and later took on roles as an Analyst in Valuation and Assistant Valuer in Retail. Joshua finally joined QIC as an Investment Analyst in 2014 and was subsequently promoted to the position of Investment Manager in 2017.

Joshua Daly completed their Bachelor of Natural Resource Economics in Agricultural Economics at The University of Queensland from 1998 to 2002. Joshua then pursued further education at the University of Reading, where they obtained a Master of Science in Property Investment with a specialization in Property Investment, spanning from 2010 to 2013.
