Kirsten Whitehead (nee Rodie)

Kirsten Whitehead (nee Rodie) has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kirsten started their career as a Solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons in 2005, where they worked in the Corporate (M&A Group) until 2008. Following that, they joined Virgin in 2008 as an Investment Analyst, specializing in Corporate Finance and Special Situations. In 2010, they transitioned to QIC, a global investment management company. Kirsten began their journey at QIC as an Associate in Global Infrastructure and worked their way up to Manager (2012-2015), Principal (2015-2018), and eventually Head of Portfolio Management (2018-2020). Since July 2020, Kirsten has been a Partner in the Portfolio Management team at QIC, where they oversee the management of global infrastructure investments. Additionally, they also serve as a Non-Executive Director (Alternate) at Brisbane Airport Corporation since November 2015. Kirsten's extensive experience in finance, law, and infrastructure management demonstrates their expertise and versatility in the industry.

Kirsten Whitehead (nee Rodie) began their education at John Paul College, where they completed their primary and secondary school education from 1992 to 1999. Kirsten then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Queensland, graduating in 2004. In 2005, they obtained a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia. Kirsten furthered their education in 2008 by attending the London Business School, where they completed a Corporate Finance Program in 2009.
