Luca Jannese

Luca Jannese has work experience in the investment and development management field. They started working at QIC in 2017 as an Investment Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Investment Manager. In this position, they were responsible for managing a joint-venture super-regional shopping center in Melbourne. Their main duties included budgeting, developing investment strategies, project management, and stakeholder management. They worked closely with various teams and external consultants to deliver the Strategic Asset Plan. Prior to joining QIC, Luca worked as a Valuer at Savills from 2014 to 2017.

Luca Jannese has a Bachelor of Property Economics from QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Prior to attending university, Luca attended Marist College Ashgrove. In addition to their degree, Luca has obtained certifications as a Certified Practising Valuer from the Australian Property Institute and as a Registered Valuer (QLD) from the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland.
