Nick Potter

Nick Potter has a strong background in risk management and audit, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Nick is currently the Head of Corporate Risk at QIC since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Deloitte Australia as a Director from October 2019 to September 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Manager at PwC, where they led the delivery of Risk Management Services from 2013 to 2019. Nick also served as the GM Risk and Assurance at UnitingCare Queensland from October 2016 to February 2017. In addition, Nick has a solid foundation in finance and strategy, having held executive positions at Suncorp from 2004 to 2013. Nick started their career in the field of internal audit, working at the University of Southern Queensland, Deloitte UK, and Chiene + Tait in various managerial and leadership roles. Overall, Nick's work experience showcases their expertise in risk management, internal audit, and leadership within the financial and professional services industry.
