Rachelle Wills

Rachelle Wills has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachelle is currently employed at QIC as an Analyst - Corporate Risk, a role they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, Rachelle worked at QIC as a Talent and Capability Officer from July 2019 to June 2022, where they were responsible for managing and leading projects related to the Oracle Learning Cloud. Rachelle also served as a Human Resources Officer at QIC from July 2018 to July 2019, focusing on HR operations and employee lifecycle events.

Before joining QIC, Rachelle worked at Bond University as an HR Services Officer from July 2014 to December 2016. Rachelle'sresponsibilities included organizing and planning HR staff training, handling HR enquiries, and interpreting employment legislation. Rachelle also temporarily took on higher duties as an HR Service Delivery Officer for a brief period in October-December 2014.

In addition, Rachelle gained experience as a Wedding Assistant at Beautiful Weddings Australia from September 2012 to July 2016. Rachelle also participated in the Career Leader Program at Griffith University for a few months in 2014.

Earlier in their career, Rachelle worked at The Crossing Theatre as a Theatre & Function Assistant from February 2006 to January 2014. Rachelle also had internship experience at V8 Supercars as an Events Intern from July 2012 to August 2013, and at ARTC as an Asset Data Administrator from December 2010 to January 2012. Rachelle's work experience also includes a role as a Records Administrator at Narrabri Shire Council from March 2008 to March 2009.

In 2008, Rachelle attended TAFE NSW and completed a Certificate III in Business Administration, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.

From 2011 to 2014, they attended Griffith University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree. Rachelle'sstudies at Griffith University primarily focused on Events Management and Human Resource Management.

In 2012, Rachelle also briefly attended TAFE NSW to obtain the Elevated Work Platform Association Australia certification. The field of study for this certification is not provided.
