Rhyana Dickerson

Rhyana Dickerson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rhyana is currently employed as an Undergraduate Analyst at QIC since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Commercial Manager for the Zimbabwe section of EPCM Holdings from 2014 onwards. At EPCM Holdings, Rhyana specialized in the Hydrocarbon and Mining sectors, and also managed local investment and teams in Zimbabwe.

Before their role at EPCM Holdings, Rhyana worked as a Project Systems Administrator at WorleyParsons RSA from 2012 to 2014. Rhyana'sresponsibilities included coordinating and managing efficient project administration systems, maintaining databases, and managing data for key delivery milestones.

Earlier in their career, Rhyana worked as a Promotional Employee at Evoke Media WA from 2011 to 2012, where they reported on promotional events and campaigns. Rhyana also worked as a Public Relations consultant at Westralia Security Service for a brief period in 2011, where they provided strategic consulting, performed market research, and developed a risk assessment for the new business.

Rhyana's work experience also includes a role as an Administrator and Marketing Officer at AB Oracle Security from 2009 to 2011. In this position, they developed company procedures, processed invoices and payroll, managed document control, and organized marketing events.

Rhyana Dickerson's education history begins with their completion of A-Levels in Applied Business Studies and Applied Travel and Tourism at Doha College, which they attended from 2005 to 2007. Rhyana then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Management and Marketing, as well as Communication Studies, at The University of Western Australia from 2008 to 2012.

Continuing their educational journey, Rhyana is currently enrolled at QUT (Queensland University of Technology), where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Property Economics degree. This program encompasses the fields of Property Economics, Architectural Studies, and Interior Design. Rhyana's expected graduation from this program is in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Rhyana has obtained several certifications. In November 2022, they completed the "Excel: Introduction to VBA" course from LinkedIn. Prior to that, in February 2019, they obtained the "Google IT Support Professional Certificate Specialization" from Coursera, along with certifications in "IT Security: Defense against the digital dark arts," "System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services," "Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User," "The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking," and "Technical Support Fundamentals," all obtained in the months between October and February of 2018 and 2019. The institutions providing these certifications include LinkedIn and Coursera.
