Roger Shen

Roger Shen has a diverse work experience in finance systems and operations. Roger most recently worked at QIC as an Advanced Specialist Finance Systems. Prior to that, they worked at NAB as a Senior Analyst, where they provided operational support for finance month-end reporting and acted as a subject matter expert for EPM initiatives. Roger also worked at Safe Places for Children as a Business Analyst, MAX Solutions as a Systems Project Specialist, and Houston Utility Service as a Dynamics 365 Implementer. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Santos Ltd as a Financial Reporting and Systems specialist, Sealy of Australia as a Systems Implementation & Support Officer, and ExxonMobil as an Accounts Payable Officer. Roger's work experience also includes roles at Santos Ltd as a Financial Analyst and System Accountant, and at the Department of Communities, Child Safety, and Disability Services as a Business Support Officer and Project Support Officer.

Roger Shen has a strong educational background in accounting, business, and international studies. Roger obtained a Master of Business (Professional Accounting) degree from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of International Business Studies degree at the same institution from 2003 to 2004. Roger Shen's undergraduate education was completed at Soochow University in China, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from 1997 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Roger Shen has also obtained certifications in Critical Thinking and Thinking Creatively from LinkedIn in August 2022.
