Satch Garrison

Satch Garrison has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2021, they worked as the Director of Operations at QIC, where they oversaw inspection and containment operations at the Nissan Automotive Assembly Plant. Prior to that, they were a Supplier Quality Engineer at Entegee in 2020, where they participated in supplier development projects and ensured compliance of materials and data for new suppliers in China, India, and locally. In 2019, Satch worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Randstad Engineering US, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for medical devices associated with Otology. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Quality Engineer at Quality Service Group, LLC, supporting SAF Holland Suspension Group and communicating directly with Class 8 OEMs. Before that, Satch held the role of Quality Manager at Mimeo from 2014 to 2018 and at Acument Global Technologies from 2013 to 2014. Satch also has experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at AGCO Corporation from 2011 to 2013, where they led quality efforts and rework/scrap initiatives for agricultural equipment. Additionally, Satch worked as a Quality Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Federal-Mogul in 2010, resolving production quality issues and implementing countermeasures. At DELPHI CORPORATION, they served as a Global Customer Satisfaction Manager from 2005 to 2008, supporting the Powertrain business unit in achieving quality and customer satisfaction goals. Finally, they worked at Delphi Corporation from 2001 to 2008, initially in manufacturing and later as a Quality Metrics Manager, where they monitored and maintained customer quality performance metrics and implemented a Look Across Process to prevent repeated customer complaints.

Satch Garrison obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Engineering Sciences from Michigan State University, completing their studies from 1973 to 1978. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering at the University of Detroit Mercy, which they successfully achieved between 1993 and 1994.
