Sean de Chastel

Sean de Chastel has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. Sean began their career as a Private Tutor during their high school years in 2017, providing private tutoring services. In 2018, they worked as a Referee at UQ Sport. From 2019 to 2021, they held the position of Fund Administration Officer at DDH Graham Limited. In 2021, Sean joined QIC as a Portfolio Analyst in their State Investments division. Sean then progressed to the role of Associate - State Investments before becoming an Associate Strategist - State Investments in 2023.

Sean de Chastel completed their Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Mathematics with a focus on Finance and Data Analytics from The University of Queensland. Sean attended the university from 2016 to 2020. During their time at the university, they also resided at Emmanuel College. Prior to their university education, Sean completed their high school education at Good Shepherd Lutheran College from 2011 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Sean obtained certifications in Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP in October 2019. Sean is also a Level 2 Candidate at the CFA Institute.
