Shielah Del Castillo's work experience begins in 2011 as a Food and Beverage Attendant at PAGCOR - Waterfront Hotel and Casino Cebu in the Philippines. Shielah assisted guests with menu choices and provided prompt and exceptional service. Shielah stayed in this role until January 2014.
In 2014, Shielah joined Radisson Blu as a Lobby Bar Attendant. Shielah provided professional and friendly service, ensuring guest satisfaction. Shielah also had extensive knowledge of beverages, mixing drinks, and controlling beverage stock. Shielah worked in this role until May 2015.
Shielah then transitioned to the role of Hotel Ambassador at Radisson Blu. Shielah greeted guests, responded to inquiries and concerns, and offered assistance. Shielah maintained service standards and stayed in this role until October 2015.
Afterwards, Shielah became a Guests Service Representative at Radisson Blu. Shielah operated the Business Club Lounge reception, handled bookings and reservations, and assisted guests with special requests. Shielah ensured the lounge was properly maintained and helped with food service preparation. Shielah stayed in this role until December 2016.
In 2017, Shielah joined First Contact as a Corporate Concierge. Shielah provided concierge services and support to corporate clients. Shielah began in March 2017 and continued in this role until July 2022.
Lastly, Shielah is currently a Senior Corporate Concierge at QIC, starting in July 2022.
Shielah Del Castillo obtained an Associate's Degree in Associate in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Cebu in November 2009. Prior to that, they earned a high school diploma from Masbate National High School, completing their studies there from 2002 to 2005. In February 2017, they also obtained additional certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling from the Hospitality Institute of Australasia.
