Ben Sawers

Ben Sawers is an experienced professional in the property development and construction sectors. Currently serving as Director of Development at Qiddiya since March 2024, Ben previously held the role of Senior Development Manager at Vicinity Centres from May 2014 to March 2024 and was a Senior Project Manager at Mainbrace Constructions Pty Ltd between March 2000 and May 2014. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney, an Industry Diploma in Property Investment and Finance from the Property Council Academy, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from UNSW. Education also includes attendance at Newington College from 1987 to 1992.
