Bret Cade

Bret Cade currently serves as Executive Director - Delivery at Qiddiya, a position held since February 2024. Previously, a significant tenure at Lendlease lasted from February 2009 to February 2024, during which Bret held various senior roles, including Head of Development Project Management & Delivery and General Manager Delivery, Development. Earlier professional experiences include Senior Cost Planner at Westfield, Senior Estimator at Costain, and similar roles at Mainzeal Property & Construction Ltd., as well as being a Partner at Cade Crenfeldt. Academically, Bret obtained a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Wellington Polytechnic and completed education at Wakatipu High School in New Zealand.
