Charlotte Maltman

Charlotte Maltman is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Associate Director for Executive Hires at Qiddiya since January 2025. Previously, Charlotte held the role of Associate Director at Red Sea Global, where significant recruitment and talent acquisition responsibilities were managed for various divisions. Prior to that, Charlotte was Managing Director at CJB SEARCH, establishing a high-end recruitment business in Saudi Arabia, and served as Regional Manager for the Middle East at ACRWORLD International Search, overseeing office operations and business development. Early career roles include Senior Consultant positions at ACRWORLD and Design & Build Recruitment, focusing on recruitment within real estate and hospitality. Charlotte holds CIPD qualifications and completed a course in Organizational Leadership from PwC's Academy Bulgaria in September 2023.
