Harrison Phillips is a senior development leader with an 18-year international track record in property development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Development at Qiddiya, a major project in Saudi Arabia. With experience spanning various asset classes including residential, commercial, and mixed-use, Harrison has successfully led projects valued at over $10 billion, winning more than 60 industry awards along the way. Previously, Harrison held senior leadership roles at McNab and Sekisui House, where they were instrumental in the delivery of significant developments such as the West Village Living Heritage Village. Active in industry mentorship, Harrison has contributed to organizations including the UDIA Queensland and served on various advisory committees. Harrison holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Development & Sustainability from Bond University and a Certificate in Building & Construction from TAFE Queensland Brisbane.
