Keith Holmes

Keith Holmes is a seasoned professional in project management and architectural design, currently serving as the Senior Director of Places & Public Realm at Qiddiya since November 2024. Prior to this role, Keith held various positions at the Diriyah Gate Development Authority, including Project Director and Associate Director, where responsibilities focused on public realm and special works delivery. With extensive experience at WSP in the Middle East as a Senior Project Manager, Keith led significant projects such as the Royal Diriyah Golf Clubhouse and other major infrastructural developments. Further contributions at AECOM Arabia involved enhancing project management capabilities for local government, while early career achievements included directing design projects for banks in Southeast Asia and leading architectural initiatives at B+H Architects and Atkins. Keith's educational background includes degrees from the University of Strathclyde and the Architects Association in London.
