Michael Gladwin

Michael Gladwin currently serves as the Director of Risk Management at Qiddiya since November 2025. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Mace from October 2015 to December 2025, where responsibilities included Risk Management Lead KSA and Programme Risk Manager while serving as an Independent Risk Manager for the Strategic Heritage Plan for the United Nations Office in Geneva. From May 2013 to October 2015, Michael was the Programme Risk Manager for the Qatar 2022 Supreme Committee, focusing on risk management and effective stakeholder communication. Previous positions include Programme Risk Manager for KBR, Inc. on a significant road infrastructure project in Qatar and Group Director of Risk and Internal Audit at Hyder Consulting. Michael also provided risk management services for the London 2012 Olympic programme while with Mace and worked at Faithful+Gould as the Head of Risk and Value Management. Michael holds a BSc (Honours) in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University, completed in 1995.
