Nick C Smith currently serves as the Development Director for Qiddiya, overseeing the creation of Qiddiya City, an innovative hub that fuses living, working, and entertainment. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Senior Development Manager at St. Modwen Properties Ltd, specializing in residential and commercial urban regeneration in London and the South East. Nick's experience also includes founding Cupari Wines, serving as Managing Director from 2012 to 2015, and working as a Development Surveyor at Pinewood Shepperton plc, where major development and infrastructure projects were managed. Additional roles include Senior Development Manager at Equity Estates and Development & Asset Manager at Minerva, along with early experience as a Surveyor at Knight Frank. Nick holds a Master’s degree in Property, Valuation and Law from City University Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Reading.
