Pascale Blanchard

Pascale Blanchard brings extensive experience in Agile coaching, project management, and IT leadership. Since September 2016, Pascale has served as a Coach Agile and Facilitator at Qim info SA and Pictet, focusing on solution-oriented methodologies. Prior to this, Pascale held the role of IT Manager at Shiseido, overseeing budget management and vendor coordination from April 2014 to February 2016. Pascale's earlier career includes positions as IT Project Manager at Sopra Group, where project coordination and budgeting for BNP Paribas were key responsibilities, and Project Coordinator and Business Analyst at Crédit du Nord, where Pascale contributed to risk management tools and data analysis. Pascale holds a Master's degree in Mathematical Engineering from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and a Master's in Applied Mathematics from Université des Sciences, Nice-Sophia Antipolis, supplemented by executive language training in 2016.
