Amandine Aubineau

Amandine Aubineau, currently serving as Training Manager at QIMA since July 2021, leads the Training department, developing strategic training plans and supporting learning needs across all QIMA departments and external clients. Previous experience includes roles as a Training and Development Consultant at Bloomify, where Amandine designed sales training programs, and Corporate Trainer at Lagardère Travel Retail, focusing on training program design and delivery in retail settings. Amandine also held positions as a Training Consultant at Accenture, facilitating soft and technical skills training, as well as various roles in translation, project management, and instructional design across several companies. Amandine's educational background includes comprehensive studies in Chinese language, digital marketing, and wine, complemented by multiple degrees in translation and communication.
