Mark McDade

Mark McDade has a diverse work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Mark co-founded and became a partner at Qiming Venture Partners USA in 2017. Prior to that, they served as EVP and Chief Operating Officer at UCB from 2008 to 2016. Mark was also the CEO of PDL BioPharma from 2002 to 2007. Before that, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Signature BioScience from 2001 to 2002. Mark McDade co-founded Corixa Corporation in 1994 and served as its COO until 2000. Mark also worked as COO at Boehringer Mannheim Therapeutics from 1992 to 1994.

Mark McDade attended Dartmouth College from 1973 to 1977, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Mark later enrolled at Harvard Business School from 1982 to 1984, although no specific degree or field of study information was provided.
