Tamanna Monem GAICD has a diverse range of work experience in various industries and roles. Tamanna is currently the Head of Growth and Partnerships at the QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engagement and Programs at SME Growth Centre and as a Strategic Advisor at Robotics Australia Group. Tamanna also worked as the National Advisor for Export, Investment, and Bilateral Business Connect at Australia India Business Council Ltd, where they also chaired the Women in Business, Queensland Chapter. Tamanna founded Women in Export, Innovation, and Investment (WEII) to promote and support women business founders and professionals in global growth. Tamanna also founded Tradition by T Boutique and served as the Program Development Manager - Innovation Hubs at CSIRO. Tamanna's other roles include General Manager at RedEye, Director of the Australia AI Collective, and Manager of Strategy and Partnerships at the Queensland AI Hub.
Tamanna Monem GAICD attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors from 2021 to 2022, where they earned a GAICD. Prior to that, Tamanna pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services at the Institute of Business Administration. They also obtained a Post Graduate Degree in International Business / Marketing / Supply Chain from The University of Queensland.
