Rochez O'Grady RD is a seasoned product manager and registered dietitian with extensive experience in nutrition and health consultancy. Currently serving as a product manager at Qina since February 2019, Rochez has previously co-founded Savour Nutrition, where a focus on science-based health and wellness initiatives was paramount. Rochez's background includes roles as a senior dietitian at LiveSmart, a senior locum dietitian for Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, and a nutrition consultant with MunchWize, which specializes in a wide range of nutrition-related services. Additional experience includes working with the South African Women's Hockey Team and serving as a health professional key account manager at Discovery Health. Rochez holds a BSc in Dietetics from the University of Stellenbosch and has furthered education in translational nutrigenomics.
