Qinera Group is a group of companies inspired by Joaquín Romero, created to provide comprehensive and innovative solutions in accessibility, autonomy, and well-being.

Our mission is to transform people’s lives and support the work of professionals and institutions through technologies and environments that foster inclusion, quality of life, and personal development.

The group is made up of:

Qinera, a leader in multisensory stimulation, augmentative communication, and assistive technology.

Adom, specialized in home adaptations and accessible spaces that promote autonomy.

Carima, experts in transfer systems and ceiling hoists for people with reduced mobility.

With empathy, commitment, and quality, we deliver integrated solutions to build a more accessible world—one with equal opportunities and environments that enable a full, happy, and autonomous life.
