Dan Jasper

Dan Jasper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, particularly within the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as the OUSD(R&E) S&T, FutureG and 5G Principal at QinetiQ US since September 2021, Dan leads multiple INDOPACOM-focused projects. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Senior Vice President of Research and Innovation at Cyber Safari, where the emphasis was on the integration of dual-use technologies with government initiatives. Dan's distinguished 24-year career with the United States Air Force included various leadership roles, such as Digital Transformation Officer, where oversight of a $50M intelligence transformation contract occurred, and experiences in education, operations, and intelligence support. Dan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Intelligence Studies from American Military University and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Training and Development from Wayland Baptist University.
