David Harrison

David Harrison serves as Vice President of Business Operations for QinetiQ US, where he is responsible for defining technology strategies and building road maps to deliver capabilities that generate significant data-based value. He crafts and executs complex business plans by identifying and mitigating risk, strategically leveraging suppliers, ensuring visibility at the right level, and identifying skill sets required for success.

David is a strategic Technology Executive with subject matter expertise in digital transformation, SaaS implementation, Enterprise Cloud services and IT strategy development/execution, and enterprise service delivery. With more than 15 years of experience in spearheading IT organizations and programs, his strategies harness technology capabilities aligned to business needs to elevate organizational performance. In his most recent work with Northrop Grumman, David supervised large-scale project teams, program portfolios, and IT operational organizations that consistently delivered predictable business results.

David earned his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Delaware with a concentration in international business. He holds a certificate in project management from the University of California, Irvine, a certificate in facility management from George Mason University, and a certificate in Executive Strategy from Chicago Booth.
