Francis Yuen

Francis Yuen is a seasoned Cyber Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience in cybersecurity and network management. Currently employed at QinetiQ US since November 2022, Yuen previously served as Lead Engineer - Federal at Lumen Technologies from March 2013 to November 2022, where significant contributions included the development and management of Enhanced Cybersecurity Services and Intrusion Prevention Security Services, leading engineering efforts and successfully onboarding over 100 customers. Prior roles included Tier III WAN Engineer and video operations specialist at INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT & RESOURCES INC., as well as positions at Kinko's Business Solutions and EntreMed, Inc., showcasing a robust background in troubleshooting, server management, and technical support across various platforms.
