Cathy Kane

Cathy Kane (Hinton) is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience at QinetiQ, currently serving as the Business Transformation Director, where the focus is on enhancing customer engagement and competitiveness through improved skills, tools, and processes. Cathy has held several key roles within the organization, including Business Development Director for the Maritime sector, Head of Sales for the Maritime Division, and various leadership positions in Defence Training, Simulation Services, and Technology Insertion. Prior experience includes positions at DERA as a Scientific Officer and Senior Engineer, and as a Vacation Student at RARDE/DRA. Cathy holds a BEng (Hons) in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Leeds and currently serves as a Board Trustee for the QinetiQ Pension Scheme Trustee Limited.
