David Atkinson

David Atkinson is currently the Group Head of Security Risk and Assurance for QinetiQ, specializing in project management for Integrated Information Systems and Electronic Warfare Systems. With a military background as a Troop Commander in the British Army, David held a high-readiness Electronic Warfare force and was deployed to Afghanistan. David has also contributed to the Defence industry as a Project Manager for L-3 TRL Technology and Defence Equipment & Support, focusing on lifecycle management and risk management frameworks. They possess a BSc(hons) in Information Systems from the University of Leeds and graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
