Heather Cashin

Heather Cashin is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Group CFO at QinetiQ since January 2018, Heather has been instrumental in driving operational performance and partnering with the COO. Previous positions at QinetiQ include interim Group CFO, Group Financial Controller, and Finance Director across multiple functions. Prior to QinetiQ, Heather held significant roles at GE Capital, including Finance Director and FP&A Leader, and also served in finance leadership roles at Santander and Rolls-Royce. Educational achievements include a BSc in Finance and Accounting from The University of Salford, qualification from CIMA, and participation in the Crotonville Alumni program.
