Martin Colegate

Martin Colegate is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in systems engineering and electronic warfare. Currently serving as a Principal Systems Engineer at QinetiQ since November 2023, Martin previously worked as an Engineering Technical Lead at LEIDOS INNOVATIONS UK LTD for a year. Prior to that, a long tenure at MASS spanned nearly a decade, where Martin held multiple roles including Technical Head of the EWOS division and Chief Solutions Architect, focusing on airborne countermeasures and systems engineering life cycles. Martin's career began in the Royal Air Force, where responsibilities included supporting RF protection systems and analyzing mission data. An earlier role at British Airways involved business systems during an industrial placement. Martin holds a degree in Business Information Management Systems from the University of Plymouth.
