Nicola Jones

Nicola Jones has a diverse work experience starting in 1993 at BAE Systems as a Sponsored Student and later as a Graduate Software Engineer. In 1999, they joined QinetiQ as a Software Engineer, where they gained experience in VB, Classic ASP, Delphi, SQL Server, Oracle, and MS Access. Nicola then moved on to become a Software Team Leader, responsible for developing web-based database applications and managing the budget for their support and development. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Skills Team Leader, focusing on personal development and leading technical projects. Most recently, they held the position of Software Group Lead at QinetiQ, where they had the opportunity to learn and lead a new team and customer area.

Nicola Jones studied Systems Engineering at Loughborough University from 1993 to 1998, earning an MEng degree. Prior to that, they attended Hazelwick School, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for that period.
